Studio Policies
Appointments
We encourage all clients to schedule upcoming appointments online, as service providers are unable to answer the phone or respond to text messages while with a client. Clients will be required to put a credit card on file at the time of booking. This is not a payment and the credit card will not be charged - you will pay in person. The card on file is only used when appointment cancellation policies are not followed.
Payment
Crockett & Co. is a society of independent barbers and social affairs. Each service provider is operating ‘ones-own-business’ under the operational and professional standards set forth by Crockett & Co. For this reason, payment for services rendered is paid directly to your service provider (barber or stylist). Payment for services is accepted via credit card or cash.
Cancellation Policy
Crockett & Co. is a small, locally owned barber studio and we count on our clients. We have a client-friendly cancellation policy and want to keep it that way. We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 2 hours before the beginning of your appointment (easily done using our scheduling software). The following policies apply:
For any cancellation with-in 2 hours of scheduled appointment, the client will be charged 100% of the missed service(s).
If a client is considered a no-call/no show or arrives too late to perform the service in the allotted time - it is understood that the client will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
